3. Get 8 to 9 hours of sleep

4. Reduce your stress levels
Chronic, prolonged stress suppresses your immune system. There’s a lot of anxiety in the air right now, so it is even more important to focus on recentering and de-stressing.
Give your body extra support through meditation, dancing, reading, snuggling your pet, or any other favorite activity that relaxes you.
5. Wash your hands! Seriously.
This is quite possibly one of the easiest steps to keep healthy.
It is also very important to follow CDC and WHO guidelines. Even if you aren’t at serious risk, you are a vehicle for transporting viruses to someone that may be at risk.
